These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the okada5 website, mobile interface, gaming platform, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, sports betting markets, promotions, or payment methods available on okada5. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on okada5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your access to online gambling platforms.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) okada5 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okada5 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and government-issued identification details. okada5 relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. okada5 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okada5 immediately at [email protected]. okada5 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

okada5 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okada5 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is not registered to the account holder — are prohibited. okada5 may reject or return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the same name as the okada5 account. okada5 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts set by our compliance team. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All account balances and transactions on okada5 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) by default. Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted (USDT TRC20), conversion to PHP will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. okada5 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrency.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by okada5 are subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements. These are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which form part of this Agreement when you opt in to any such offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, sports betting, and certain other games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Validity and Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period from the date and time of crediting. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice. It is your responsibility to check the validity period of any bonus before accepting it.

5.4 Abuse and Misuse

okada5 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotional offer. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, using technical exploits, or engaging in matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal real-money risk.

All games available on the okada5 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from certified studios, and gameplay is governed by the rules displayed within each game interface.

okada5 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or fraudulent activity. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error or malfunction shall not be paid and will be voided.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. okada5 may impose additional bet limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes or as part of a bonus restriction.

For sports betting, all wagers are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. okada5 reserves the right to suspend or remove any market before or during an event, and to settle bets in accordance with official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okada5 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in games or the Platform infrastructure.
• Employing any artificial intelligence, automated script, bot, or mechanical device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with casino staff in any game.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin or destination of funds.
• Any activity that constitutes a criminal offense under Philippine law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okada5 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion orders, or account restrictions imposed by okada5 or any regulatory authority.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, modify, or create derivative works based on any okada5 content without our prior written consent.

Game content available on the Platform may be the intellectual property of third-party game providers. Your use of such games is subject to those providers' end-user license terms in addition to these Terms.

okada5 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. okada5 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure database storage, and access controls to protect your personal and financial information. However, no system is entirely immune to security threats, and you remain responsible for the security of your own device and account credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okada5 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or system downtime.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment processor issues.
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform where corrected prior to bet settlement.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okada5's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

okada5's maximum aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okada5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• The account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement obligations require us to do so.

Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method.

okada5 is not obligated to pay out any balance, bonus, or winnings where the account has been terminated due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

okada5 operates in accordance with the regulations and guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine gaming law, the applicable regulatory requirement shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

okada5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes that we consider material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players through one or more of the following means: in-platform notifications upon login, email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the okada5 website.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain informed of any changes. Your continued access to or use of the okada5 Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure and withdrawal of any verified real-money balance through our support channels.
